"The purchase of my second Harley (2010 Trike) was a wonderful experience this time. Two years ago, when buying my first Harley from another dealer in Spokane was horrifying experience. This time, all of the staff that assisted in the sale was wonderful. I would like to thank Ray, Nicole (aka: Nikki), Jessica, Patrick, and Ricky (in service) they were all very helpful. One of the best things was Ricky from service department going over the bike that was never done at the other dealership, learned a lot from Ricky. Both my wife and I would like to thank all of you for the sale on July 3, 2010. However, with all these great accolades I later had problems with the service department in scheduling my 1,000 mile service which was three weeks later. These problems were worked out and I truly believe that LoneWolf Harley-Davidson is just over whelmed as the only dealer in the in this area and service department will get the bugs worked out. And to top it all off, they gave me a very fair price on my trade in, and got my new bike into the shop asap to get the engine work done that I requested so that they could get my new bike out to me in as timely a manner as was possible. "I wanted to say thank you to everyone that helped get me back on the rode-Dawn, Laurie, Drew and those that cleaned my dirty bike. I was traveling in Canada and noticed my back tire was going to need changing-I had a flat spot. I called your store and Dawn was able to order my odd ball size tire-THANK YOU. I then scheduled a time to get my tire put on. I spoke with Laurie and at first she said they would not be able to put my tire on for a week. I told her I was traveling and I needed it sooner. She asked where I was and what I was doing. I told her in Canada and on my way back to Nevada. Laurie told me she could work me in-THANK YOU! She did work me in and I was on the rode by 2:30 p.m. My bike was filthy from traveling and the young men did great cleaning it-THANK YOU! Drew was helpful in letting me know my bike was ready to go. "Wow!! What a awesome Dealership.. Where do i began.. lets start with Pete, out of three HD dealerships i called about a bike purchase that would take place with in approx. 30 days Pete was the only one that called me back and showed any kind of interest knowing the bike purchase was a ways off. Little did he know about five months would go by before i could make my purchase. Bottom line Pete never gave up on me. When that day finally arrived i was still undecided what bike i would buy, the 2010 flhtk or 2008 cvo flhtcuse3. The cvo was the owners bike, i remembered seeing it the year before, what a beautiful bike, how could i go wrong with that one. Finally the deal was made the cvo hands down!!!!! and the best buying experience ever was made. My wife and i met many of the LONEWOLF team and it's true, it is simply the friendliest family oriented HD dealership ever and i do mean ever!! Greg and Beth Ernst know the value of happy and satisfied customers.. My fun meter was pegged and it all started by someone showing interest in me, thanks Pete. "In a brief: 500K miles on Moto Guzzi since 1990 touring America. Converted my wife from Harley to Moto Guzzi in 1995. Since then we toured 300K miles plus together on solo Guzzi's, and in Feb. 2010 my wife and Lone Wolf converted me from Moto Guzzi to Harley when we both purchased a 2009 FLHTP looking forward to adventure and riding 1000+ miles in FEBRUARY! "Hi my name is Peter. These are some important comments that I'd like to convey. With the purchase of my very first Harley Davidson I just want to say that H-D finally got it exactly right with the development of the V-Rod/Night Rod Special, the most fantastic motorcycle that I have ever driven. I've never had a bike that when driving it I don't want to get off of it. It is the most comfortable bike I have ever sat it. The difference between this particular motorcycle and a Japanese motorcycle is this one you fit in like a glove. A Japanese one you sit on top of like a loaf of bread. I am just totally amazed and surprised that they developed this motorcycle so skillfully, correctly and comfortably. So I feel that if I was to purchase this all over again, I would do it in a heart beat with zero regrets. And after riding this bike for one week my Honda 900F '82 feels like a Japanese minibike and I really don't want my Honda anymore.. period. I am just completely happy, like a 6 year old boy on Christmas morning. I've never felt this good about any other bike. So you guys, at Lone Wolf H-D fulfilled my dream of finally getting the bike that fits me perfectly. And I very strongly urge anybody considering to buy a V-Rod to test drive the Night Rod Special before you buy any other bike. You won't be sorry, I guarantee it. I have zero complaints about this bike.
The owners, service manager and account manager were extremely helpful and not one bit pushy. They made me feel like I was their son. So, before you make a purchase at any other dealer call Lone Wolf H-D in Coeur 'd Alene, Idaho. I live in Seattle, Washington and price-wise they blew everyone else out of the water including Portland, Oregon. So I'm very glad that I called them before I made the wrong purchase here in Seattle.

"I can only give 5 stars? That was definitely a 10 star experience! I'd been riding my husband's "hand-me-down" Sportster, and while he'd done every possible adjustment (I’m 5'0 tall), it was just not right for me. I walked into Lone Wolf with him and he pretty much said, 'You're on your own, I don't want to pick out a bike for you, I want it to be everything you want it to be.'
Each and every person at Lone Wolf had a hand in helping me decide on the bike for me that day. With no help from my husband (Thank you so much for standing back and letting me do this on my own, Darin) it was up the Lone Wolf family to explain all I needed to know in order to buy the right bike for me, and their patience, kindness and knowledge was so wonderful and helpful. I never felt like a woman buying a bike, I felt like a rider buying a bike, and any woman out there knows exactly what that means :)
I did learn a lot just from the experience of buying the bike and when I took my first ride on my beautiful Fat Boy I thought of each one of those Lone Wolf people and couldn’t wait to thank them again when I was back in the store - they had helped me decide on a bike that really is the perfect ride for me. "Like many people, my wife and I did some shopping for a new RKC. We stopped into Lone Wolf, met Bill and we were introduced to Beth. Both were very friendly and got to know what we wanted. A few weeks later we came back and order'd our new bike. at that time I was introduced to a few more employies, Rich in parts and Dave in service. Later when our RKC came in, I was invited into the shop to meet the crew and watch as they unvailed our new bike from the crate. "I turned 40 recently and a new Harley was really the only present I wanted. When I saw that a new HD dealership was finally coming to the town that I was born and raised in I knew that the fates were aligning for me to buy my first brand new Harley Davidson off a showroom floor. I didn't have much doubt as to who I was going to buy from, but when the doors to Lone Wolf finally opened and I met the Ernst family in person, any question that did exist was instantly answered. From start to finish I think I worked with each member of the family in one capacity or another and each one was genuine, knowledgeable, and respectful in every way.
